Replace all windows and doors with impact rated glass. Raise the concrete floor in the Sunroom to the same level as the rest of the house. Remove the existing flooring, tile and carpets and replace them with LVP flooring. Remove existing cabinets, countertops, walls and header in the kitchen. Replace the existing cabinets and countertops, see design plans. Remove the existing cabinets, countertops, shower, toilet, tile flooring, mirrors and accessories in the master bathroom. Move the toilet to the opposite wall and make a larger shower. Frame to extend the vanity wall and move plumbing to add a second vanity sink. Replace cabinets and countertops in the master bathroom.
