Privacy

This site is about property, not people. Most of what a privacy policy usually covers does not apply here, because we do not collect it.

01

What we store about you

One thing: an email address

And only if you asked us to watch a parcel or send the weekly email. No account, no password, no phone number.

Privacy reports: a one-way IP hash

When you submit a privacy report we also store a one-way hash of your IP address, used only to limit abuse of the form — it expires from use within a day. The raw IP address is never stored with your report.

Not your searches

Address lookups are not tied to an identity. Search result pages are never indexed or cached.

Nothing sold, ever

No list, no broker, no enrichment partner. Advertising on this site is contextual and never uses your email.

If you ask us to watch an address, that row records that an email address is interested in a specific parcel. It is the most sensitive thing we hold about a visitor. Unsubscribing deletes the row — we do not flag it and keep it.

02

What we refuse to publish

No mugshots or arrest records

No booking photographs and no individual arrest records, anywhere, at any time.

No search by a person

The site is addressed by property. An owner name appears because it is on the deed; you cannot search for it.

Calls by block only

Police calls are aggregated to the street segment and never shown against a specific home.

Exempt addresses suppressed

Enforced in the database, not in the page — the parcel becomes unreadable to the website itself.

03

Having an address removed

Address confidentiality, honored here voluntarily

Florida law (Fla. Stat. § 119.071(4)(d)) creates address-confidentiality exemptions for agencies; we honor them on this site voluntarily. Reports in urgent categories — law enforcement, judges, prosecutors, victims of violence — are reviewed within 24 hours; everything else within 5 business days. Once approved, removal reaches all copies of the page within minutes.

Suppression is enforced by the database, so the parcel and every record attached to it become unreadable to the website itself. The records stay in the county’s own public files — we cannot and do not change those.

Analytics and advertising

We measure page views to know which pages are useful. We do not build a profile of you, we do not use your email for advertising, and we do not sell anything about you.
